Wow! I can’t believe it’s already February! The weather lately has been very mild except for the day we have a front pass through and get some wind and rain. Fished the Mike Kinne group on Dec 31st and we had a nice catch of red and black grouper and also mutton snapper. This was the last day it was legal to keep grouper until May 1st. We only kept this one black grouper for the group dinner that night.
Below is Tommy Boyd from Alabama with a nice barracuda caught and released on the flats. We are also catching jacks, trout, ladyfish, sharks and a few permit when the water is warm enough.
